• Vet and shelter information — clinic names, addresses, and contact information entered by vet and shelter users

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Dyra service
• Store and display your pet's health records and history
• Send care reminders for upcoming vaccinations, medications, vet appointments, and grooming
• Facilitate record sharing between pet owners, vets, and shelters you connect with
• Process adoption flows and ownership transfers
• Respond to your questions and support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Vets and shelters you connect with — when you share records or check in your pet, that provider can view the records you share
• Adoption flows — basic pet info is visible on the public adoption page
• Service providers — trusted third-party services used to operate the platform (hosting, authentication, email). They process data only on our behalf

All data is stored with encryption at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. Access to pet records is restricted to authorized users only — you, vets you check in with, and shelters you interact with.

While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no system is completely immune to risk. Please use a strong password and keep your credentials private.

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through your Dyra account
• Correct inaccurate information by editing your profiles directly
• Delete your records or account by contacting us at support@dyra.app
• Export your records using the built-in export features

Dyra is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
