By accessing or using Dyra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including pet owners, veterinarians, and shelter staff.

Dyra is a pet health records platform that allows pet owners to store and manage their pets' health records, share records with veterinarians and shelters, and track care reminders.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Not using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempting to access other users' data without authorization

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Dyra is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary advice. Records and reminders stored in Dyra are for informational and organizational purposes only.

Nothing in Dyra constitutes a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical recommendation. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.

Veterinarians and shelter staff who use Dyra's professional portals agree that:

• They are solely responsible for the accuracy of medical records, diagnoses, and treatment notes they enter
• They have obtained appropriate consent from pet owners before logging visit records
• Shelter users are responsible for the accuracy of animal listings, including health status and adoption eligibility
• Dyra does not verify professional credentials and is not liable for errors in professional records

The Dyra platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Dyra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. By submitting content, you grant Dyra a limited license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@dyra.app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dyra in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
