Built because it had to exist.

Born from years of frustration — and one emergency vet visit that finally made it real.

My sister Amy had been saying it for years: "There should be an app where your pet's health records just follow them everywhere." Every time she changed vets, moved, or adopted a new animal, she was starting from scratch — no history, no records, no continuity.

Then one day, her dog Growler had an emergency. His regular vet had done bloodwork just one week earlier. The emergency vet was literally next door. But their systems didn't communicate — and Growler needed every test repeated, because there was no way to share records that were seven days old and one building away.

That was the moment Dyra stopped being an idea and became something that had to exist.

Amy brought the vision. I built it — and then kept going, adding everything a pet owner, vet, or shelter could ever need: vaccination tracking, medication reminders, adoption transfers, AI-powered bill scanning, the Rainbow Bridge memorial, and the ability to send your pet's full health record to any vet in the world in 30 seconds — whether they use Dyra or not.

This app is for Amy. And for every pet owner who's sat in an emergency waiting room wishing they had a folder with everything in it.
